⦿Keeping valuable items (jewelry, electronics, etc.) is strictly prohibited. If any item is lost, the student will be solely responsible.
⦿Mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and cash are kept at the student’s own risk. The hostel administration will not be liable for theft or loss.
⦿Monthly hostel fees must be paid by the 15th of each month. A late fee of ₹100 per day will be charged for delays.
⦿A 15‑day prior notice is required before vacating the hostel. Failure to give notice will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
⦿Damaging hostel property, vandalism, or removal of hostel belongings will incur recovery of costs and may lead to immediate expulsion without prior notice.
⦿Students must be in proper attire (decent dress) when leaving the hostel premises.
⦿Misbehavior, use of abusive language, or physical altercation by any student or staff will result in legal action.
⦿Indiscipline, rudeness, or misconduct will invite appropriate disciplinary action.
⦿The main gate will be locked after the scheduled time. After that, meals, water, and other facilities will be unavailable. Misuse of basic amenities will attract additional charges.
⦿Going out without permission is prohibited. Students must sign the register when going out with due permission.
⦿Bringing meat, alcohol, or any intoxicating substance into the hostel is strictly forbidden. The hostel administration reserves the right to modify these rules to maintain discipline.
⦿If a student engages in any dispute outside the hostel premises, the student will be solely responsible and will also face disciplinary action.
⦿In case of any wrongful act by a student, the hostel administration will not be liable; the student and parents/guardians will be fully responsible.
⦿All students must have meals at the designated time. If unable to arrive on time, the hostel in‑charge must be informed in advance.
⦿Do not dirty or write on walls. If any wall damage is found, the repair cost will be recovered from the student.
⦿All disputes shall be settled at the local level (under the jurisdiction of the hostel administration).
